Thurs. 4th March 6pm @School – ODOT Hazard Tree Removal Update Meeting!

ODOT WILL HOST A MEETING at the School at 6pm Thursday 4th March to go over their tree removal plans.

NOTICE – DURING THE WEEK OF MARCH 8 YOU MAY SEE TREE FALLERS WORKING BETWEEN MILEPOSTS 36-37 AND 38-40. Weather conditions or other issues may cause changes. Travelers are advised to stay alert near crews and follow traffic directions carefully. Expect traffic delays on weekdays and Saturdays. Traffic control will be provided by flaggers or a portable traffic signal.

WHY ARE TREE CREWS WORKING AT MCKENZIE SCHOOL?
The Debris Management Task Force (DMTF) has shifted the priority for hazard tree marking and removal to the McKenzie School District campus in Blue River in order to make the property safe for students to return on March 15. You will continue to see crews working along Highway 126, as noted above.

A hotline (503-934-1700) is available to answer as many questions and concerns as possible.
