Rental Assistance for Tenants. If you have been struggling to keep up with rent payments due to the pandemic, you may be eligible for help through the Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Learn if you’re eligible to apply.

Landlord Compensation Fund. Oregon’s Landlord Compensation Fund Program helps provide relief to residential landlords who have been unable to collect rent due to tenant hardships. $70 million will soon be available to help cover rent owed. Landlords should apply by June 18th.

Help is available for Oregon renters! The federal and state government are distributing millions of dollars in assistance to tenants who are struggling with rent or utility costs, and tenants will have more time to pay back rent after the eviction moratorium ends on June 30th.
