April 11th – 2nd Dose COVID-19 Vaccinations for Eligible McKenzie Valley Residents
If you received your first dose at last month’s McKenzie vaccination clinics, you are eligible to register for your second shot. You must have an appointment to receive a vaccination.

If you don’t see the School or Leaburg as options, don’t book online and instead call them directly on 541-682-1380 and they will book you into the correct location. I have just done this for my family and it worked over the phone but not online
The clinics will both take place on Sunday, April 11:
• 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the McKenzie River Community School Gymnasium
• 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Leaburg Fire Station (milepost 20)
Please make a note of your registration time and location. Do not arrive early; it will create traffic backups and cause unnecessary delays.
These vaccination clinics are intended for McKenzie Valley residents who received their first dose at the March 21 clinics.
