Take the LTRG Needs Assessment Survey Today

The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) has launched a Needs Assessment Survey available on their website at www.McKenzieValleyltrg.org under the “Get Help” tab or scan the QR code below with your smartphone to be taken straight there. You’ll answer a couple of quick questions to get access to the survey to confirm you are a human and not a robot (Hello, 2022!)

If you can’t complete the survey online the Upper McKenzie Community Center (UMCC) will be open to the community January 14 and 15 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, so that folks can come in and get help in-person filling out the survey for the McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group. The results of this survey will be a big help in getting resources to our community for rebuilding and for preparation for future emergency relief. We strongly recommend that you complete the survey for your household.  As a “thank you” for participating, the first 500 households to submit a survey and provide contact information will receive a $10.00 gift card!
