Public Works Customer Service Center (CSC) Re-opening

Lane County’s Public Works Customer Service Center (CSC) will re-open to the public on Tuesday, June 1.

WALK-INS IN THE MORNING

Walk-in customers will be welcomed from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  We anticipate a high volume of customers and folks are encouraged to arrive early to ensure they are seen. Customers will need to check in and will then be asked to wait outside or in their car. They will be contacted via text when a planner is available.

APPOINTMENTS FOR FIRE SURVIVORS IN THE AFTERNOON

Holiday Farm Fire survivors will be able to make appointments for in-person meetings at the CSC between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week. (Thursdays will remain available for appointments at the Leaburg Fire Station.)

AFTER JULY 6

The CSC will return to business as usual with walk-ins only. Fire survivors will still be able to schedule appointments for Thursdays in Leaburg.

Beginning June 1, no permit applications will be accepted without meeting with a planner in person first.

The Customer Service Center is located at 3050 N. Delta Highway, Eugene.
