McKenzie Electric Bills Notice

Lane Electric statement 9/15/20

Good afternoon

Last week, we decided to have all bills for the McKenzie River area sent to our office rather than mailed out to members as per usual. Unfortunately, we did not remember there would be SmartHub alerts that are emailed automatically as part of the billing process. We sincerely apologize for the oversight. It was not our intent for those messages to go out.

We are working, where we can, to rebuild the system and restore power. In the meantime, please contact our Member Service Department to suspend or disconnect your account until you are ready to resume your electric service.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the oversight and know we are focused on creating solutions to assist our members with the recovery efforts.
