Low-Income Housing Opportunity for Fire Survivors

There is another housing opportunity open for low-income Lane County residents. Fire survivors are eligible to apply. 

Homes for Good will be accepting waitlist pre-applications for 2-, 3-, & 4-Bedroom Public Housing Scattered Site Duplexes in Veneta from Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 9am until Tuesday May 4, 2021 at 4pm.

  • Waitlists are first come, first served, based on your application submission date and time.
  • These units are for people with limited or no income.
    • 2-person households can make no more than $45,600 per year
    • 3-person households can make no more than $51,300 per year
    • 4-person households can make no more than $56,950 per year
    • 6-person households can make no more than $61,550 per year
    • 9-person households can make no more than $79,750 per year
  • You will pay 30 percent of your household income for rent and utilities (excluding electric).
  • Even if your long-term goal is to move back upriver, you can apply for this opportunity.
